Questions before you put your business in one place.

What 96 Mobility does, who it serves, and how we keep the experience professional and understandable.

Who is 96 Mobility for?

Independent chauffeurs, black-car and limousine drivers, executive transportation operators, and small companies that need a simpler way to manage trips and the business around them.

How do WhatsApp job links work?

A company creates the trip and shares a secure job link. A signed-in driver reviews the schedule, route and stated pay, then requests the job. The company must approve one driver before the assignment is confirmed.

Is this another dispatch system for large fleets?

96 Mobility begins with solo operators and teams of up to five drivers. It keeps the core workflow simple and introduces company controls only when they are useful.

Do you charge for every trip?

No. Current plans use predictable monthly or annual subscription pricing for the included operating features.

Can a driver show a trip record during an inspection?

Yes. A saved trip can generate a professional inspection-copy sheet with the base, route, assigned driver, driver TLC license, vehicle, and unique trip record number. It is an operational record and does not replace required credentials or a base’s monthly TLC submission.

Does the TLC export replace my base’s submission responsibilities?

No. The export keeps operational fields together, but each licensed base remains responsible for reviewing its records and following current TLC format, portal, affirmation, deadline, and retention requirements.

Is 96 Mobility available now?

Yes. You can create an account and start a 14-day trial. The current product includes trips, job sharing and requests, driver assignment, trip statuses, inspection-copy records, monthly TLC field export, vehicles, business records, mileage, and renewal tracking.

Will it provide legal or tax advice?

No. 96 Mobility helps organize records and educational information. It does not replace a lawyer, accountant, regulator, or tax professional.
