Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and NinetySix Technologies LLC. You must be legally able to enter a contract and use the service for lawful professional or business purposes. If you use 96 Mobility for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
Your account and company
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, controlling company memberships, and activity performed through authorized accounts. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Permitted use
You may use 96 Mobility to organize lawful transportation operations. You may not misuse passenger data, track a person without proper authority or notice, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful discrimination, surveillance, fraud, or harassment.
Transportation responsibility
96 Mobility is operational software, not a transportation carrier, dispatcher, broker, employer, insurer, regulator, law firm, or accounting firm. You remain responsible for licensing, permits, insurance, vehicle condition, driver qualification, safety, pricing, taxes, communications, and compliance with laws and contracts.
Records and informational features
You must review trip details, exports, and renewal information before relying on them. Educational information is not individualized legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, when available, renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Checkout will display the price, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms before purchase. Taxes may apply. Subscription management and payment methods are provided through Stripe. Except where law requires otherwise, fees for a completed billing period are not refundable.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that content to provide the service. You confirm that you have authority to provide it, including passenger and employee information.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, use staged rollouts, or suspend access to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance. Material subscription changes receive appropriate notice.
Intellectual property
96 Mobility, its software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by NinetySix Technologies LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties. NinetySix Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limits are prohibited.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
